Paying Rent

Rent is due the first of every month. You can pay rent using one of the following methods:

Email Transfer

Our preferred method of rent payment is email transfer to adsandferproperties@gmail.com. Please include your address, unit number and month(s) being paid in the comments section.

Cheque

Cheques can be made to Luis Gonzalez and mailed to 58 Saginaw Cres, Ottawa, ON. K2E-5N7. Please include your address, unit number and month(s) being paid in the memo section. We ask that you provide post-dated cheques for six months at the time.

Direct Withdrawal

We offer direct direct withdrawal for convenient rent collection. Rent will automatically be withdrawn from your bank account on the first of every month. You will be reminded via email ahead of the withdrawal. Please contact us if you would like to set this up.

Please note late or declined payments will incur a fee of $20.
